Cody Brock is a commercial and residential construction company known for their quality. They were looking for an identity brochure that would support their positioning and brand.

Separate interviews with each of the stakeholders revealed the same single quality each time, which had not been mentioned when talking about the goals of the piece: they were focused on making things right. With this information, we were able to write the brochure with an authentic and compelling voice.
