As Artistic Director, Paami works with diverse individuals in internet technology-based and traditional print media environments. For 10 years she has ensured the consistent delivery of collaborative, beautiful, purposeful, and highly functional designs. Paami manages the day-to-day creative process and is at the forefront of concept development, information architecture, content strategy, artistic, and interaction design.

Brad's focus is on helping his clients get the most out of their marketing dollars by helping them translate their vision into strategies. Having spent half of his career leading in-house creative teams, Brad understands the needs of those on the inside and what it takes to get things done.
